Schedule of Fees

Initiation Fee: Property owners become members of the club upon purchase of property in Wexford. There is no separate initiation fee or property transfer fee.

Annual Assessment: For 2004, $8,150 per property owner, payable in four installments of $2037.50 each. Payments are due January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.

Infrastructure (Plantation Enhancement Program) Assessment:
For 2004, $1200 per property owner payable in two installments of $600.00 each. The first installment is billed during the First Quarter of the year; the second installment is billed later in the year, on a date to be determined by the Board.

Golf

Green Fees: Green Fees for the property owner, spouse and minor children are included as a part of the annual assessment.

Cart Fees:
Trail Fee – (per annum for privately-owned cart) $ 750.00
Daily - 18 Holes $ 20.00

Guest Fees: (including carts)
18 Holes-Accompanied $ 75.00
18 Holes-Unaccompanied $ 150.00

Family Rates: *
18 Holes $ 40.00
*(special rate applies to member’s children over 21, their spouses, parents, brothers and sisters and grandchildren.)

Locker Fees: (per year)
Small $ 100.00
Large $ 200.00

Handicap Fee: (annual) $ 30.00
Club Storage:
Annual $ 100.00
Monthly $ 10.00

Tennis

Guest Play (per person) $ 7.00

Clinic charges are commensurate with participation.
Ball Machine is available at no charge to members. (Children must be accompanied by an adult.)

Harbour

Lock Fees: Access through the lock system is available to all Wexford boaters at no charge.

Lock-In Fee for Guest Boats: $ 20.00
